Services
Project scope, timelines and deliverables for services are confirmed in writing (proposal or invoice). Package prices on this site are starting prices; final quotes depend on scope.
Data products
Databases are licensed for your own internal business use. You may not resell, publish or redistribute the data. You are responsible for using it lawfully, including honouring opt-out requests and applicable marketing rules (TRAI/DND, DPDP Act 2023).
Payments
Prices are in INR; GST is charged as applicable. Payments are accepted by UPI, bank transfer, or through a secure payment gateway.
Liability
Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at New Delhi having jurisdiction.
